Capability
What We Can Put on Your Site
Every trailer goes long-term
All six trailers are available for multi-week and multi-month placement — there is no separate line of stripped-down units. A job-site crew gets the same flushing toilets, running water and climate control that a wedding gets.
Six trailers, most of them out on a summer weekend
One 2-stall, three 3-stall, one 4-stall and an ADA-accessible shower trailer. Through peak season it is normal for most of the fleet to be deployed at once, so multiple units to one site is ordinary scheduling rather than a special request — and a long placement is booked against the calendar, not squeezed in.
Sized to headcount
2-stall for up to 100 people, 3-stall for up to 200, 4-stall for up to 300. Give us the crew size and the duration and we will tell you the combination and what it costs. For a placement larger than the fleet, say so early and we will schedule around it.
No sewer connection needed
Waste is held in self-contained onboard tanks, so a unit can sit anywhere a delivery vehicle can reach firm, level ground. Water and power hook up within about 100 ft; hookup lines are included.
An ADA shower trailer, not just a ramp
The accessible unit is a shower trailer — which matters on the placements where it usually gets asked for: a crew working weeks away from home, an emergency response, a site with no facilities of any kind. Ask for it when you request the quote so it is held with the rest of the placement.

What Commercial Clients Say
Very nice option for our project. Clean and like a real bathroom. Very cool
Our company used LooHaven for a roughly 6 week rental. The unites were great - very classy inside and out. Costumer service was amazing, Mendel is very responsive and helpful.
Mendel was awesome to work with! Professional crew and really clean equipment!
Questions Buyers Ask
Can you hold units on one site for several months?
Yes. Every trailer in the fleet is available for long-term placement, and multi-month job sites are a normal booking rather than an exception. Weekly pump-out and restocking is included as standard, and the cadence can be increased for a high-traffic site.
How do I get a certificate of insurance?
Email or call with the certificate holder — your company, the general contractor, or the property owner, with the site address — and the COI is issued the same day. Coverage is general liability through Scottsdale Insurance Company.
Do you accept purchase orders and offer net terms?
Yes to both. Commercial and municipal accounts are billed net 30, and a PO number sent with the booking is carried on every invoice. A W-9 is available on request.
Do the units need a sewer or water connection on site?
No sewer connection is needed — waste is held in self-contained onboard tanks and pumped out on the service visit. The units do need water and power within about 100 ft, and the hookup lines are included. Where neither is available, tell us and we will size the placement around it.
Do you have ADA-accessible units?
Yes — and it is a shower trailer rather than a ramped toilet, so it covers both accessibility requirements and the sites where crews need somewhere to wash. Ask for it when you request the quote so it is reserved with the rest of the placement.
How many units can you put on one site?
The fleet is six trailers — one 2-stall, three 3-stall, one 4-stall and an ADA-accessible shower trailer — and multi-unit placements on one site are standard. Sizing follows headcount: roughly 100 people per 2-stall, 200 per 3-stall and 300 per 4-stall. Tell us the crew size and how long you need them and we will put the combination together, or tell you early if the dates are tight. For anything beyond a couple of extra days, pricing is quoted rather than taken off the weekend rate.

Crew size, duration and the site address are enough to quote from. Need a COI or a W-9 first — ask and it goes out the same day.
