By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Prices, availability and trailer specifications shown on this site or given in a quote are estimates and invitations to do business, not binding offers. A booking exists only when we have confirmed it in writing and you have accepted the rental agreement for it.

Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the site turns out to be different from what was described — access, ground conditions, distance from water or power, or the space available for the trailer — the price and the equipment we can supply may need to change.

Availability is not held by requesting a quote. Trailers are allocated when a booking is confirmed.

Everything about the rental itself — payment, deposits, cancellation, the condition the trailer is returned in, responsibility for damage, insurance and access — is set out in the rental agreement you receive with your booking. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the rental agreement applies.

Terms we offer commercial and municipal customers, including payment terms and certificates of insurance, are described on our Commercial page. Ask us if you need something not listed there.

You agree not to:

• Submit an enquiry that is false, or made in someone else's name without their permission.
• Use the site to send unsolicited or automated traffic, or to interfere with how it runs.
• Copy or reuse the photographs, text or design on this site for another business.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you have not been given access to.

The photographs, text, layout and branding on this site belong to Loo Haven or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages freely. Copying our content for commercial use requires our written permission.

Customer reviews are published as their authors wrote them. They are the opinions of those customers, and one customer’s experience is not a promise of yours.

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but specifications, photos and availability change. Photographs show trailers we have supplied; the unit you receive may differ in detail from the one pictured. Nothing on this site should be treated as a guarantee of a particular trailer, feature or price — confirm anything that matters with us before you book.

Where we link to another site — our Google Business Profile, our BBB listing, our Instagram — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

This limitation applies to the website only. It does not limit our responsibilities under a rental agreement, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

What we do with the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of that state.
