Restroom Trailer Rental FAQ
How quickly can you deliver a restroom trailer to Derby?
Quickly — Derby is about twenty-five minutes from our base, which makes short-notice dates realistic rather than hopeful. Same-week requests are usually workable and worth a phone call. Whether the trailer size you want is free on your date is the real constraint, not the drive.
Can you get a trailer onto a tight Derby street or lot?
Often, and the approach decides it rather than the lot itself. What we check is street width, one-way restrictions, parking on delivery morning, driveway and gate clearance, and overhead wires or limbs. Send the address and a photo of the spot when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether it fits, or whether a smaller unit or a different placement works better.
Do you supply restrooms for Derby greenway and city events?
Yes, including multi-day ones, with pumping, restocking and cleaning scheduled between sessions so capacity holds across the whole run. On a long riverside site we will recommend splitting units rather than grouping them. Permits for events on city property are arranged by the organiser; we provide equipment specifications, dimensions, servicing details and a certificate of insurance for the application.
Can the trailer sit on a driveway rather than the lawn?
Yes, and on a Derby lot it is often the better placement. The units self-level, so a sloped asphalt drive, gravel or grass are all normal. The thing that actually stops a delivery is the approach — gate width, turning room, overhead wires — rather than the surface it ends up on.
Do you rent restroom trailers for Derby job sites?
Yes, on weekly and monthly terms priced well below event rates, with servicing on a fixed rotation. Units run self-contained on fresh-water tanks and a generator where water and power are not connected yet. We accept purchase orders, invoice net 30, provide a W-9 on request and can issue a certificate of insurance the same day.
What size trailer do I need for a Derby event?
Guest count drives it. The 2-Stall Compact and 2-Stall Lux each suit around 100 guests, the 3-Stall about 150, and the 4-Stall handles 200 and up. On a tight site the smaller units are often the practical choice regardless of headcount — tell us the guest list and the space and we will say which actually fits.
