East Hartford, Connecticut
Restroom Trailer Rental FAQ
Do you deliver restroom trailers to East Hartford, CT?
Yes. East Hartford is within our Hartford County service area, roughly forty-five minutes from our New Haven base, and we cover the whole town — the riverfront and stadium side, the residential streets and the industrial areas. Delivery, setup, leveling, breakdown and pickup are all included in the rental.
Can you supply restrooms for a tailgate or stadium-area event?
Yes, and it is a good use of a trailer: the stadium has its own facilities but the lots and grass around it have nothing plumbed nearby. We place on hard standing, run on our own tanks and generator where there is no hookup, and service through a long day. Permits for events on town property are arranged by the organiser; we supply specifications, dimensions and a certificate of insurance for the application.
Do you rent to East Hartford industrial and construction sites?
Yes, and long-term placement is routine here. All six trailers go out for multi-week and multi-month rentals with weekly pump-out as standard, net 30 terms, purchase orders accepted, a W-9 on request and a certificate of insurance issued the same day off our master ACORD 25 — usually the document a facilities or procurement contact needs before anything else can move.
Can the trailer sit on grass near the river after rain?
That is the one to ask about here, and the honest answer is often no. The low ground along the river holds water after a wet week in a way a dry-day look will not show, and a loaded trailer needs firm footing. We favour the lot, the apron, a gravel pad or packed ground for riverside placements and keep the walk short. Tell us if the spot has been wet — it genuinely changes the recommendation.
What do you need on site to run the trailer?
A garden-hose connection and a standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet of the placement, and we bring the 100-foot hose and the extension cord. Where there is nothing live nearby — a parking lot, a park, an early-stage site — we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator instead and the unit runs completely self-contained.
Can a trailer be placed in a parking garage?
No — the overhead clearance in a parking structure is not there for a trailer, and that is worth settling before you plan around it. A surface lot, a plaza or a closed lane is the placement instead. Everything else we check is the ordinary city list: street width, parking on delivery morning, gate clearance and overhead wires.
