Litchfield County
Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in New Milford, CT
New Milford covers more ground than any other town in Connecticut, which is the single most useful fact about working here: a delivery address can be ten minutes from the green or twenty minutes further out on a dirt road with nothing plumbed for a mile. Loo Haven brings the restrooms — and, where the site needs it, the water and power too.

Farm, Barn, and Field Weddings
Most of New Milford is working land and woods, and a large share of the events here happen on it — a barn opened up for a weekend, a tented reception in a hay field, a ceremony on a hillside with the Housatonic valley behind it. The setting is the reason people book the property, and the restrooms are the part nobody costs until late.
A luxury restroom trailer fits that setting in a way a bank of plastic units does not. It reads as a small outbuilding parked at the tree line, and inside it is flushing porcelain, running-water vanities, heat and air conditioning and hardwood-style floors. The 3-stall covers around 150 guests comfortably; the 2-stall units suit a smaller gathering without dominating an open field. The wedding page covers sizing in more detail.
The Green, the River, and Town Events
New Milford's green is one of the largest in New England and the town's public calendar runs on it — markets, fairs, concerts and seasonal events, plus the parks along the Housatonic and the properties up toward Candlewood.
Public events run on a different rhythm from private ones: the crowd arrives across a long day and the site's permanent facilities were sized for ordinary use. We take all-day and multi-day bookings with pumping, restocking and cleaning scheduled between sessions, and on a long or spread-out site we will normally place two units well apart rather than one bank of stalls, because walking distance is what makes the queue. Permits for events on town property are arranged by the organiser; we provide equipment specifications for the application. See the festival and public event page.
Long Drives, Wells, and Running Self-Contained
Two practical things shape a New Milford booking. The first is the distance — it is a real drive from our New Haven base, folded into the quote rather than sprung on you afterwards, and the reason we would rather agree a date here early than fit it in at short notice.
The second is utilities. A great many properties out this way are on well water and septic, and the tent is rarely near either. Our trailers carry their own waste tanks and discharge nothing into your septic — we pump out and take it away. Water and power are your choice: a garden hose and a 110V outlet within about 100 feet is simplest and we bring the hose and cord, but where there is nothing to reach, or you would rather an event did not draw on the well at all, we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator. Say which when you request a quote.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in New Milford
Do you deliver restroom trailers to New Milford, CT?
Yes. New Milford is within our Litchfield County service area, though it is a genuine drive from our New Haven base — around an hour, further for the outlying corners of what is the largest town in the state by area. That distance is priced into the quote rather than added later, and it is why we ask for New Milford dates earlier than shoreline ones.
Will the trailer use my well or drain into my septic?
The trailer carries its own waste tank and puts nothing into your septic — we pump it out and take it away. Water is up to you: a garden hose from an outdoor spigot uses very little, but if you would rather an event did not draw on the well at all, we bring fresh-water tanks and the unit never touches the property's supply.
Can you get a trailer into a hay field or down a farm track?
Usually, and it is worth asking early rather than on the day. The units self-level, so grass, gravel and grade are all normal placement. What actually decides it is gate width, overhead limbs along the track, and whether the ground stays firm under a loaded trailer — soft ground after rain is the one thing that moves a placement. A photo of the entrance settles it in a minute.
What size trailer do I need for a New Milford barn wedding?
Guest count drives it. The 2-Stall Compact and 2-Stall Lux each suit around 100 guests, the 3-Stall about 150, and the 4-Stall handles 200 and up. For a long reception with a bar, size up one step — turnover is heavier than most people plan for, and on a large property the walk back to the house is not a realistic alternative.
Are the trailers heated for a late-season Litchfield County event?
Yes. Every unit is heated as well as air-conditioned, with insulated, freeze-protected plumbing, so an October or November event up here is a warm room with hot running water. On an open field with nothing breaking the wind, that is often the difference between guests staying and guests leaving early.
Do you cover events on the New Milford green?
Yes, including all-day and multi-day town events, with servicing scheduled between sessions so the afternoon holds up as well as the morning. Permits for events on town property are arranged by the organiser rather than by us — we supply equipment specifications, dimensions and a certificate of insurance for the application.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
