Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in Fairfield, CT
Fairfield holds a lot of different events in a small area — beach weddings at one end, two university calendars in the middle, historic Southport and a dense downtown behind them. What they have in common is crowds arriving somewhere with far less restroom capacity than the occasion needs. Loo Haven delivers climate-controlled trailers across all of it.

Beach, Southport, and Estate Weddings
The town's best settings are its water — the beaches along the Sound, and Southport harbour with the historic village behind it. Private properties near both tend to be beautiful, well-kept and short of guest restrooms: one or two family bathrooms in a house nobody wants a reception walking through.
A luxury restroom trailer is the answer that fits the setting rather than fighting it. Porcelain toilets, running-water vanities with mirrors and counter space, climate control, hardwood-style floors — a room, set behind the tent line, out of the photographs. On the shoreline the heat and air conditioning matter more than people expect: the wind off the Sound is cold into June and the August humidity is heavy. See the wedding page.
University Weekends and Corporate Events
Fairfield runs on an academic calendar as well as a social one. Move-in, family weekends and commencement concentrate very large numbers of people onto a campus for two or three days at a time, and campus facilities are built for a normal week rather than for that.
Those bookings are usually about capacity and servicing rather than about looks: units placed where the crowd actually is, and returned to during the event to pump, restock and clean. The same applies to corporate events held on company property, where the standard expected of the restroom is generally higher than what the site can meet on its own. An ADA-accessible unit is available and is often the right call for a public or campus event — say so when you enquire so we can confirm it for your date.
Driveways, Lawns, and Getting In Cleanly
In Fairfield the limiting factor is rarely the trailer — it is what it crosses to get where it is going. Paver and bluestone drives, irrigated lawns, gate pillars set at exactly the width of the original carriage, and mature trees over a narrow Southport street all deserve five minutes of planning rather than an improvised decision with a truck already on site.
So we ask about the approach: driveway width and surface, gate and pillar clearance, overhead limbs, and anywhere you would rather we did not put a wheel. The units self-level, so grade and gravel are routine, and we bring boards where the ground or the surface warrants them. Tell us where the tent lands when you request a quote and we will confirm the placement, the route in and what the site needs for water and power.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in Fairfield
Do you deliver restroom trailers to Fairfield, CT?
Yes. Fairfield is a regular delivery for us, about forty minutes down I-95 from our New Haven base, and we cover the whole town — the beach end, Southport, downtown and the campuses. Delivery, setup, leveling, breakdown and pickup are included in every rental.
Can you protect a paver driveway or an irrigated lawn?
Yes, and it is worth raising when you enquire rather than on delivery morning. We bring boards where the surface or the ground warrants them, place on the firmest footing available, and will happily set the unit further from the tent to avoid crossing something you would rather we did not. If there is a route you want us to use, tell us and we will use it.
Will the trailer look out of place at a Fairfield wedding?
That is the reason to rent one rather than a risk of it. A luxury trailer reads as a small building — clean exterior, a proper door and step, and an interior with porcelain toilets, running-water vanities, mirrors, counter space, climate control and hardwood-style floors. Set behind the tent line it stays out of your photographs, which a row of plastic units cannot do.
Do you supply restrooms for university or campus events in Fairfield?
Yes. Those bookings are usually about capacity and servicing across a two- or three-day weekend, so we place units where the crowd actually is and return during the event to pump, restock and clean. An ADA-accessible unit with a ramp, accessible stall and grab bars is available and is often the right choice on a campus — mention it when you enquire so we can confirm it for your date.
What size trailer do I need for a Fairfield event?
The 2-Stall Compact and 2-Stall Lux each suit around 100 guests, the 3-Stall about 150, and the 4-Stall 200 and up. For anything running five hours or more with a bar, take the next size up — turnover is heavier than most people plan for, and a queue is the part guests remember.
How far in advance should I book a Fairfield date?
As early as you can for a Saturday between May and October. Fairfield competes for the same peak weekends as the rest of the county, and the larger units are the first to go. Reserving costs nothing and protects the size you want; midweek and off-season dates are far more flexible.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
