Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in Stratford, CT
Stratford sits where the Housatonic River empties into Long Island Sound, which gives it two shorelines to hold events on and a working industrial spine behind them. Loo Haven delivers across both — the waterfront properties and beach parks on one side, the aerospace and construction sites on the other.

Housatonic Riverfront and Shoreline Weddings
The river is what makes Stratford different from the towns either side of it. Properties run right down to the water from Stratford Point up past the marinas, and a tented reception on a riverfront lawn is one of the prettiest settings on this stretch of coast — with no restroom capacity anywhere near it.
That is the gap a restroom trailer fills. Guests step into flushing porcelain toilets, running-water vanities, air conditioning and hardwood-style floors rather than a plastic unit at the edge of the lawn. For waterfront weddings the climate control earns its keep twice over: the river runs cold and breezy well into June, and humid through August.
Short Beach, Boothe Memorial Park, and Public Events
Stratford's public spaces carry a heavy summer calendar. Short Beach Park hosts everything from company picnics to large family gatherings, and Boothe Memorial Park — with its rose garden and its collection of genuinely strange historic buildings — draws ceremonies and photography all season.
Park events run on a different rhythm from private ones: the crowd is spread across a long day rather than concentrated into an evening, and the site usually has no facility that can absorb it. We handle multi-day and all-day bookings with servicing scheduled in between, and for a larger footprint we will normally place two smaller units at opposite ends of a site rather than one bank of stalls. The festival and public event page covers how that is arranged.
Aerospace, Industry, and Stratford Job Sites
Stratford has a real industrial base — aerospace manufacturing, the airport, and the contractors that work around them — and that produces a steady stream of requests that have nothing to do with weddings.
For construction and job sites the questions are different: how long the unit stays, how often it gets serviced, and whether it can sit on unfinished ground. The trailers self-level, so a graded lot or a stone-dust pad is normal placement, and weekly and monthly terms cost considerably less per day than event rates. Where a site has no water or power yet, we bring fresh-water tanks and a generator. Same applies to corporate events held on company property, where the standard expected of the restroom is usually higher than the site can meet on its own.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in Stratford
Can you deliver a restroom trailer to a Stratford waterfront property?
Usually yes, and the limiting factor is almost never the trailer. What we check is the approach — driveway width, gate clearance, overhead branches, and how firm the ground is where the unit will sit. Riverfront and beachside lots can have soft ground close to the water, so we often place the trailer slightly back on firmer footing and still keep it out of your photographs. Send a photo of the driveway when you enquire.
How far in advance should I book a Stratford date?
For a Saturday between May and October, as early as you can. Stratford competes for the same summer weekends as the rest of the shoreline, and the larger 3- and 4-stall units go first. Reserving costs nothing and protects the size you want; midweek and off-season dates are far more flexible.
Do you rent restroom trailers for Stratford job sites?
Yes, and it is a regular part of our work here given the amount of aerospace and industrial activity in town. Weekly and monthly terms are priced well below event rates, servicing is scheduled on a fixed rotation, and the units run self-contained on tanks and a generator where the site has no utilities connected yet.
What size trailer do I need for a Stratford event?
Guest count is what drives it. The 2-Stall Compact and 2-Stall Lux each suit around 100 guests, the 3-Stall about 150, and the 4-Stall handles 200 and up. For anything running five hours or more with a bar, size up one step — turnover is heavier than most people expect, and a queue is the one thing guests remember.
What do I need to provide at a Stratford property?
An outdoor spigot and a standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet of where the trailer sits. We bring the hose and the extension cord. If the placement is well away from the house — down by the water, or out at the far end of a field — say so when you enquire and we will arrive with fresh-water tanks and a generator instead.
Can you handle an event at Short Beach or Boothe Memorial Park?
We service town park and public events, including multi-day ones, with pumping and restocking scheduled between days. Events on town property normally require a permit arranged by the organiser rather than by us — we supply equipment specifications and documentation for that application whenever it is needed.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
