FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in Portland
What size trailer do I need for my Portland event?
It comes down to guest count: our 2-Stall Compact and 2-Stall Lux each suit up to ~100 guests, the 3-Stall up to ~150, and the 4-Stall handles 200+. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the right fit.
Can you set up on grass, gravel, or a driveway in Portland?
Absolutely. Our trailers have self-leveling systems that handle uneven ground, so we can place them on lawns, gravel lots, or paved driveways at Portland venues and private properties.
What do I need to provide at my Portland venue?
Just a relatively flat spot, a standard garden-hose water connection, and a 110V outlet within about 100 feet. We supply the 100-ft hose and extension cord. No hookups on site? We can arrange fresh-water tanks and a generator.
How far in advance should I book for a Portland wedding or event?
We recommend 2–4 weeks ahead, and earlier for peak season (May–October) when Portland weekends book up fast. Last-minute? Reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are the trailers heated for cooler Connecticut months?
Yes. Every trailer is climate-controlled with both air conditioning and heat, so they're comfortable for Portland events in any season — spring showers, summer heat, or a crisp fall evening.
Do you offer restroom trailers for Portland construction and job sites?
We do — with weekly and monthly rates and regular servicing. Give your Portland crew real flushing toilets, running water, and climate control, plus ADA and shower-equipped options.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
