Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in Bristol, CT
Bristol built its name on clockmaking and still runs on manufacturing, with a set of well-used city parks and one of the bigger autumn festivals in central Connecticut. It is about an hour west of our base, which makes it a town we would rather plan a date for than fit one in at short notice. Loo Haven covers the city for events and for job sites.

Festivals and the City's Park Calendar
Bristol's parks carry a real public calendar — the autumn festival that fills them over a long weekend, plus markets, concerts, community days, races and the club and school events that run all summer. All of it lands on ground whose permanent facilities were sized for an ordinary weekday.
A luxury restroom trailer changes the register of the whole event: flushing porcelain toilets, running-water vanities, hardwood-style floors, heat and air conditioning. For a crowd past two hundred we will usually recommend the 4-stall unit or two trailers placed at opposite ends of the ground rather than one bank in a corner, because walking distance creates queues as reliably as stall count does. On a multi-day festival we return mid-run to pump, restock and clean. Permits for events on city property are arranged by the organiser; we supply equipment specifications, dimensions, servicing detail and a certificate of insurance for the application. The festival and public event page covers the rest.
Manufacturing and Construction Sites
Bristol still makes things, and a shop floor or a construction site is a different rental from an event. It runs in weeks and months rather than hours, it is bought on terms, and it has to survive a crew using it every day rather than a crowd using it once.
All six of our trailers go long-term — there is no stripped-down commercial line, so a crew gets the same flushing toilets, running water and climate control a wedding gets. Weekly pump-out is standard. We work on net 30, accept purchase orders, provide a W-9 on request, and issue a certificate of insurance the same day off our master ACORD. Waste is held in self-contained onboard tanks, so no sewer connection is needed and a unit can sit anywhere a delivery vehicle can reach firm, level ground. Where a site has no live water or power yet, we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator. The commercial page has the full terms and construction covers site placement.
Backyard Events, and Planning the Drive
Bristol's residential streets run from close-set city blocks to larger lots out toward the town lines, and both host the graduation parties, anniversaries, and backyard weddings that make up most of our private work. Everything self-levels, so a pitched driveway, gravel, grass or asphalt are all normal placements — what actually decides it is gate width, turning room, and limbs or wires over the approach. Send a photo with your address when you request a quote and we will answer it straight. See private parties and the wedding page.
The one practical thing to know about a Bristol booking is the distance. It is a genuine drive from our New Haven base, close to an hour, and that is folded into the quote rather than sprung on you afterwards. It is also why we would rather agree a Bristol date in advance than slot one in at short notice, particularly for a Saturday between May and October when the whole fleet is busy.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in Bristol
Do you deliver restroom trailers to Bristol, CT?
Yes. Bristol is within our Hartford County service area, around an hour west of our New Haven base, and we cover the whole city. The drive is priced into the quote rather than added later, and it is why we ask for Bristol dates earlier than shoreline ones. Delivery, setup, leveling, breakdown and pickup are all included.
Do you supply restrooms for Bristol festivals and park events?
Yes, including multi-day ones, with pumping, restocking and cleaning scheduled through the run so the last session holds up as well as the first. For crowds past two hundred we usually recommend the 4-stall unit or a pair of trailers at opposite ends of the ground. Permits for events on city property are the organiser's to file; we provide specifications, dimensions, servicing detail and a certificate of insurance.
Do you rent restroom trailers to Bristol job sites long-term?
Yes. All six trailers are available for multi-week and multi-month placement, with weekly pump-out as standard, net 30 terms, purchase orders accepted, a W-9 on request and a same-day certificate of insurance. Crews get the same flushing toilets, running water and climate control an event gets — there is no stripped-down commercial version.
What do you need on site at a Bristol property?
A garden-hose connection and a standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet of the placement, and we bring the 100-foot hose and the extension cord. Where there is nothing live nearby — an early-stage site, a park, a placement well away from the house — we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator instead and the unit runs completely self-contained.
Can your trailers handle a sloped or gravel driveway?
Yes. Every unit self-levels, so gravel, stone dust, packed dirt, asphalt and a pitched drive are all normal placements. What is worth settling ahead of the day is the approach rather than the ground: gate width, turning room, and limbs or wires overhead. A photo of the entrance answers it in a minute.
How far ahead should I book a Bristol date?
Earlier than for a town nearer our base. A Bristol delivery takes a real run out of the day, so agreeing the date in advance is how we make sure the trailer size you want is actually free — particularly for a Saturday between May and October, and for festival weekends. Reserving costs nothing and holds the unit.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
