Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in New Britain, CT
New Britain is Hardware City — a compact, densely built manufacturing town with a hill park laid out by the same firm that designed Central Park, a university, a ballpark, and a street festival calendar with real character to it. It is about forty-five minutes north of our base. Loo Haven covers the city for events and for job sites.

Street Festivals and the Public Calendar
New Britain's events happen on its streets more than on its lawns. The Broad Street district holds one of the better-known cultural festivals in central Connecticut, and the city's markets, community days and parades run the same way: a block or two closed off, a serious crowd, and whatever restrooms happen to be nearby.
That is a trailer's best case. A luxury restroom trailer sets down on the closed lane or an adjacent lot and gives the event flushing porcelain, running-water vanities and climate control instead of a row of plastic units on the curb. On a multi-day run we come back through it to pump, restock and clean, and on a long street we would rather place two units at opposite ends than one bank in the middle, because walking distance is what actually creates the queue. Permits for events on city property are arranged by the organiser; we supply equipment specifications, dimensions, servicing detail and a certificate of insurance for the application, usually the same day it is asked for. The festival and public event page covers the rest.
The Parks, the Stadium, and the Campus
Inland from Broad Street the city gets more open — a large hill park with a long green and a view south, a ballpark, a state university, and the neighborhood parks that carry the school, club and church calendar through the summer.
These are mostly all-day jobs rather than evening ones, so servicing counts for more than headline stall count, and for a crowd past two hundred we will usually recommend the 4-stall unit or a pair of trailers rather than one. Private events work the same way — a graduation party, an anniversary, a backyard wedding on a close-set New Britain lot where the house simply cannot absorb the guest list. See private parties and the wedding page. Every unit is heated as well as air-conditioned, which matters more here than on the shoreline: central Connecticut runs colder at both ends of the season.
Hardware City Job Sites
New Britain still makes things, and an industrial or construction site is a different rental from an event: it runs for weeks or months, it is bought on terms, and it has to hold up to a crew using it every day rather than a crowd using it once.
All six of our trailers go long-term — there is no stripped-down commercial line, so a crew gets the same flushing toilets, running water and climate control a wedding gets. Weekly pump-out is standard. We work on net 30, accept purchase orders, provide a W-9 on request, and issue a certificate of insurance the same day off our master ACORD. Waste is held in self-contained onboard tanks, so no sewer connection is needed and a unit can sit anywhere a delivery vehicle can reach firm, level ground. Where a site has no live water or power yet, we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator. The commercial page has the full terms and construction covers placement.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in New Britain
Do you deliver restroom trailers to New Britain, CT?
Yes. New Britain is within our Hartford County service area, roughly forty-five minutes north of our New Haven base, and we cover the whole city. Delivery, setup, leveling, breakdown and pickup are all included in the rental, so nothing about the trailer needs coordinating on the day.
Can you supply restrooms for a New Britain street festival?
Yes, and a closed street is a good placement — we set down on the lane or an adjacent lot. On a long street we would rather place two units at opposite ends than one bank in the middle, since walking distance creates the queue. Permits for events on city property are the organiser's to file; we provide equipment specifications, dimensions, servicing detail and a certificate of insurance for the application.
Do you rent restroom trailers to New Britain job sites long-term?
Yes. All six trailers are available for multi-week and multi-month placement with weekly pump-out as standard, net 30 terms, purchase orders accepted, a W-9 on request and a same-day certificate of insurance. Waste is held in onboard tanks, so no sewer connection is required — a unit can sit anywhere a delivery vehicle can reach firm, level ground.
Can a trailer fit on a tight New Britain street or a small lot?
Often, and the approach decides it rather than the property. What we check is street width, parking on delivery morning, curb cuts, gate and driveway clearance, and overhead wires or limbs. A trailer will not fit under a parking structure, so a surface lot, a driveway or a closed lane is the placement. Send a photo of the spot with your address and we will give you a straight answer.
What do I need to provide at a New Britain property or site?
A garden-hose connection and a standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet of the placement — we bring the 100-foot hose and the extension cord. Where there is nothing live nearby, which is common on an early-stage site or a closed street, we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator instead and the unit runs completely self-contained.
Are the trailers heated for a cold New Britain date?
Yes. Every unit is heated as well as air-conditioned, with insulated, freeze-protected plumbing, so an early-spring or late-autumn event is still a warm room with hot running water. Central Connecticut runs colder than the shoreline at both ends of the season, which is exactly when a plastic unit at ambient temperature is at its worst.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
