Hartford County
Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in Hartford, CT
Hartford is the capital, which means its event calendar is public in a way most Connecticut towns are not — parks, the riverfront, the downtown grid, and a steady run of civic, cultural and corporate dates on top of the private ones. It is about forty-five minutes up I-91 from our base. Loo Haven covers the city and the towns around it.

The Parks, the Riverfront, and Downtown Events
Hartford's two best event spaces are its oldest park, right under the Capitol, and the plaza and landings along the Connecticut River. Both are built to hold a crowd and neither was built to give that crowd somewhere to go — the permanent facilities are sized for a normal afternoon, and on a festival day they are the queue everyone remembers.
A luxury restroom trailer changes the register of the whole event: flushing porcelain toilets, running-water vanities, hardwood-style floors, heat and air conditioning. For a crowd past two hundred we will usually recommend the 4-stall unit or a pair of trailers placed at opposite ends of the ground rather than one bank in a corner, because walking distance creates queues as reliably as stall count does. On a multi-day run we return mid-event to pump, restock and clean. The festival and public event page covers how it is put together, and the riverfront is worth booking early because its best dates go first.
Civic, Institutional, and Commercial Work
The other half of Hartford is the work that runs in weeks rather than hours — construction and renovation downtown, building systems offline, institutional and municipal sites, and the corporate calendar that comes with a city of headquarters.
Those bookings are bought differently, so the terms are on the table rather than behind a phone call: weekly pump-out as standard, net 30, purchase orders accepted, W-9 on request, and a certificate of insurance issued the same day off our master ACORD. Every one of our six trailers goes long-term — there is no stripped-down commercial line, so a crew or a public building's overflow gets the same flushing toilets and climate control an event gets. Waste is held in onboard tanks, so no sewer connection is needed. The commercial page has the detail; construction covers site placement, and corporate the company-event side.
Getting a Trailer Into Downtown Hartford
In a city, the approach decides the job. Street width, one-way running, parking on delivery morning, curb cuts, gate clearance and overhead wires are what determine where a unit sits — and a downtown block behaves completely differently on a Saturday than it does at nine on a Tuesday, which is worth saying out loud when you tell us the date.
One firm limit: a trailer does not go under a parking structure, because the clearance is not there. A surface lot, a plaza or a closed lane is the placement. Beyond that, everything self-levels, so asphalt, gravel, grass and a pitched lot are all routine. Permits for events on city or state property are arranged by the organiser; we supply equipment specifications, dimensions, servicing detail and the certificate of insurance for the application. Send the address and a photograph of the spot when you request a quote and we will tell you honestly what fits.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in Hartford
Do you deliver restroom trailers to Hartford, CT?
Yes. Hartford is roughly forty-five minutes up I-91 from our New Haven base and we cover the city and the surrounding Hartford County towns. Delivery, setup, leveling, breakdown and pickup are all included in the rental, and the drive is priced into the quote up front rather than added afterwards.
Can you supply restrooms for a festival in Bushnell Park or on the riverfront?
Yes, and multi-day runs are normal work for us — we return through the event to pump, restock and clean so the last session holds up as well as the first. For crowds past two hundred we usually recommend the 4-stall unit or two trailers placed at opposite ends of the ground. Permits for events on city or state property are arranged by the organiser; we supply specifications, dimensions and a certificate of insurance for the application.
Do you do long-term job-site rentals in Hartford?
Yes. All six trailers are available for multi-week and multi-month placement, with weekly pump-out as standard, net 30 terms, purchase orders accepted, a W-9 on request and a same-day certificate of insurance. Waste is held in onboard tanks, so a unit can sit anywhere a delivery vehicle can reach firm, level ground — no sewer connection needed.
Can a trailer be placed in a downtown Hartford lot or parking garage?
A surface lot, yes; a garage, no. The overhead clearance in a parking structure is not there for a trailer, so we plan for a surface lot, a plaza or a closed lane instead. What we check beyond that is street width, one-way running, parking on delivery morning and overhead wires — send a photo of the intended spot and you will get a straight answer before anything is booked.
What do you need on site at a Hartford event or building?
A garden-hose connection and a standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet of the placement, and we bring the 100-foot hose and the extension cord. Where there is nothing live near the spot — a park, a closed street, an early-stage site — we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator instead and the unit runs completely self-contained.
Are the trailers heated for an early-spring or late-autumn Hartford date?
Yes. Every unit is heated as well as air-conditioned, with insulated, freeze-protected plumbing, so an April morning or an October evening in the city is still a warm room with hot running water. Hartford runs colder than the shoreline through both shoulder seasons, which is exactly when a plastic unit sitting at ambient temperature is at its worst.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
