New Haven County
Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in Madison, CT
Madison is a shoreline town built around its beaches — Hammonasset at one end, the Surf Club and a long run of private waterfront in between, and a town green and Boston Post Road village behind them. It is a beautiful place to hold an event and a difficult one to plumb. Loo Haven delivers climate-controlled trailers to the lawns, beaches and parks that have no facilities anywhere near the tent.

Shoreline and Waterfront Weddings
The draw in Madison is the water, and the properties that face it are exactly the ones with the least restroom capacity relative to the crowd they can host. A tented reception on a lawn above the beach is one of the best settings on this coast, and the nearest bathroom is usually one family bathroom inside a house nobody wants a hundred and fifty guests walking through.
A luxury restroom trailer is what closes that gap without changing the view: flushing porcelain toilets, running-water vanities with mirrors, heat and air conditioning, hardwood-style floors, in a unit set behind the tent line and out of the photographs. Climate control earns its keep twice on this stretch — the wind off the Sound stays cold well into June and the humidity is heavy through August. See the wedding page for how sizing works.
Hammonasset, the Surf Club, and Town Events
Madison's public spaces carry a serious summer calendar. Hammonasset is the largest shoreline park in the state, the Surf Club hosts town and club events all season, and the Green and the Post Road village handle markets, fairs and seasonal events through the year.
These run differently from private jobs: the crowd arrives across a long day rather than an evening, and the permanent facilities were sized for ordinary park use. We handle all-day and multi-day bookings with servicing scheduled between sessions — pumping, restocking, cleaning — so the afternoon holds up as well as the morning. Permits for events on town or state property are arranged by the organiser; we supply equipment specifications and documentation for the application. The festival and public event page has the detail.
Sand, Soft Ground, and Getting In
The practical question on almost every Madison waterfront placement is footing, not access. A loaded trailer needs firm ground, and lawns close to the beach can be softer than they look — especially in spring, and especially after a wet week.
So we place on the firmest ground available, use boards where they help, and would far rather set fifty feet back than rut a lawn or sink a wheel. Loose sand we plan around rather than drive onto: on a beach event the unit goes on the lot, the apron or packed ground and we keep the walk short instead. Everything self-levels, so grade, gravel and a pitched lawn are all normal. Tell us where the tent lands when you request a quote and we will confirm the placement and the route in.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in Madison
Do you deliver restroom trailers to Madison, CT?
Yes, regularly — Madison is about half an hour east of our New Haven base along the shoreline, and it is one of the towns we work in most. Delivery, setup, leveling, breakdown and pickup are all included in the rental, so nothing about the trailer needs coordinating on the day.
Can you set up on a lawn near the beach without damaging it?
That is a ground-firmness question and we treat it as one. A loaded trailer needs solid footing, so we place on the firmest ground available, bring boards where they help, and will set further back rather than risk rutting a lawn. In practice a slightly inland placement is better for your photographs anyway.
Can the trailer go on the sand for a beach event?
Not onto loose sand, no — that is the one surface we plan around rather than drive onto, and it is the honest answer rather than a hedge. We place on the parking area, the apron or packed ground nearby and keep the walk from the event short. Gravel, grass and asphalt are all normal placements.
Do you cover events at Hammonasset or the Surf Club?
Yes, including all-day and multi-day events, with servicing scheduled between sessions so capacity holds across the whole run. Permits for events on town or state property are arranged by the organiser rather than by us; we supply equipment specifications, dimensions, servicing details and a certificate of insurance for the application.
What do I need to provide at a Madison property?
An outdoor spigot and a standard 110V outlet within roughly 100 feet of where the trailer sits — we bring the hose and the extension cord. Plenty of shoreline placements are near neither, and that is routine: we arrive with fresh-water tanks and a quiet generator and the unit runs entirely self-contained.
How far ahead should I book a Madison summer date?
Early. Summer Saturdays on the shoreline are the first dates to go across the whole fleet, and the 3- and 4-stall units go first within that. Reserving costs nothing and holds the size you want. Midweek and off-season dates are much more flexible, and a cancellation can open a peak date at short notice, so a late call is still worth making.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
