The Boardwalk, Savin Rock, and Shoreline Events
Three and a half miles of public beach and boardwalk, from Bradley Point round past Savin Rock, is the defining feature of the town and the source of most of its large events. Festivals, road races, fireworks nights, company picnics and community days all land on that stretch, and they all share one problem: a crowd measured in thousands arriving at a site with a handful of permanent restrooms.
That is squarely a restroom trailer job rather than a portable-toilet one, particularly for events where families are on site all day. Real flushing toilets, running-water sinks, climate control and lighting change what people are willing to stay for. On a long shoreline site we will normally place two units well apart rather than one bank in a corner, because the walk is what creates the queue — the festival and public event page covers how that is planned and serviced.
The Green, Parades, and Community Events
Away from the water, the Green and the town's civic calendar carry their own load — the Memorial Day parade, seasonal markets, fundraisers and church and club events at halls whose two indoor restrooms cannot absorb an event crowd.
These are usually all-day rather than evening jobs, so servicing matters more than headline capacity: we return during multi-day and long single-day events to pump, restock and clean so the afternoon is as good as the morning. Permits for events on town property are arranged by the organiser; we provide equipment specifications and documentation for the application whenever the city asks for them. For anything on a company or campus site, the corporate page covers how those bookings run.
University Dates, Job Sites, and Short-Notice Work
West Haven also runs on an academic and industrial calendar. University weekends — move-in, family weekends, commencement — concentrate enormous numbers of people onto a campus for two or three days at a time, and the construction and redevelopment work along the shoreline and the Boston Post Road corridor produces a steady stream of job-site enquiries with entirely different requirements.
For job sites the questions are duration, service cadence and whether the unit can sit on unfinished ground: the trailers self-level, so a graded lot or a stone-dust pad is routine, weekly and monthly terms are priced well below event rates, and where the site has no utilities yet the unit runs on tanks and a generator. Our commercial page sets out the terms a project manager actually needs — net 30, purchase orders, W-9, same-day certificate of insurance. And because we are ten minutes away, short-notice West Haven requests are genuinely worth a phone call rather than an assumption.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
