Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals in North Haven, CT

The North Haven Fair and Fairgrounds Events
The fair over Labor Day weekend is the town's big set piece, and the fairgrounds on Washington Avenue carry a calendar well beyond it — shows, markets, club events and private hires through the season. Those are the jobs where restroom capacity is the whole question, because attendance is measured in thousands and the site's permanent facilities were never built for it.
Multi-day, high-traffic events get a servicing schedule built into the booking: we return to pump, restock and clean between sessions so Sunday afternoon looks like Saturday morning. For a large footprint we will normally recommend two units placed at opposite ends of the grounds rather than one bank of stalls in a corner, because the walk is what actually creates the queue. Our festival and public event page covers how that gets arranged.
Backyard Weddings, Graduations, and Club Events
Most of North Haven is comfortable suburban lots with real room behind the house, and that is where a good share of our work here happens: a tented reception on the back lawn, a graduation party in June, a milestone anniversary, a fundraiser at a club or church hall whose two indoor restrooms cannot absorb an event crowd.
The reason to bring a trailer rather than send 120 guests through the house is not really the plumbing — it is the traffic through your kitchen for six hours. A 2-stall or 3-stall unit parked at the edge of the lawn gives guests flushing porcelain toilets, running-water sinks, air conditioning and a mirror they are happy to stand at, and keeps the house closed. See the wedding and private party pages for how the sizing works.
Route 5, Universal Drive, and North Haven Job Sites
North Haven has a genuine commercial and industrial spine — the Route 5 and Universal Drive corridor, the warehousing and distribution along I-91, medical and university facilities, and the contractors working across all of it. That produces a steady stream of enquiries that have nothing to do with events.
For construction and job sites the questions are different ones: how long the unit stays, how often it is serviced, and whether it can sit on unfinished ground. The trailers self-level, so a graded lot or a stone-dust pad is normal placement; weekly and monthly terms are priced well below event rates; and where the site has no utilities connected yet the unit runs on tanks and a generator. Our commercial page has the terms — net 30, POs, W-9, same-day COI — that a project manager actually needs before raising a requisition.
FAQs About Restroom Trailer Rentals in North Haven
How quickly can you deliver a restroom trailer in North Haven?
Faster than almost anywhere else we serve. North Haven is about fifteen minutes from our base, so same-week dates are usually workable and short-notice requests are genuinely worth a call rather than an assumption. Availability of the specific trailer size is the real constraint, not the drive.
Can you supply restrooms for an event at the North Haven Fairgrounds?
Yes, including multi-day ones. Large events get servicing scheduled between days — pumping, restocking and cleaning — so capacity holds across the whole run rather than degrading after the first afternoon. Permits for events on town or association property are arranged by the organiser; we supply equipment specifications and documentation for the application.
What size trailer do I need for a North Haven backyard event?
Guest count drives it. The 2-Stall Compact and 2-Stall Lux each suit around 100 guests, the 3-Stall about 150, and the 4-Stall 200 and up. For anything running five hours or more with a bar, size up one step — turnover is heavier than people expect, and a queue is the part guests remember.
Do you rent restroom trailers for North Haven construction sites?
We do, and it is a regular part of our work along the Route 5 and I-91 corridor. Weekly and monthly terms cost considerably less per day than event rates, servicing runs on a fixed rotation, and units run self-contained on fresh-water tanks and a generator where the site has no water or power connected yet. We accept purchase orders, invoice net 30, and can issue a certificate of insurance the same day.
Can the trailer sit on a driveway rather than the lawn?
Yes, and on a suburban lot it is often the better placement. The units self-level, so a sloped asphalt driveway, a gravel pad or a flat lawn are all normal. What we ask about ahead of time is the approach — gate width, overhead branches and turning room — because that is the thing that actually stops a delivery, not the surface.
Are the trailers heated for a fall or winter event in North Haven?
Yes. Every unit is heated as well as air-conditioned and the plumbing is insulated and freeze-protected, so a November fundraiser or a December party is a warm room with hot running water rather than a plastic unit at whatever the outside temperature happens to be.

Thank you so much to Mendel and John for a perfect experience!! They arrived on time for the drop off, the lux trailer we rented from them was so beautiful & SPOTLESS! I had people telling me all night that the bathrooms were wonderful. Give them a call, they respond promptly with a quote. This company is a home run!
We had an excellent experience with Loo Haven! The bathroom trailer was extremely clean, well-maintained, and much nicer than we expected. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Loo Haven completely exceeded expectations. These are not your typical portable restrooms at all. The trailers were spotless, elegant, air-conditioned, and honestly felt more like a luxury hotel bathroom than a mobile restroom setup. … Perfect for weddings, upscale events, construction projects, or any situation where you want something clean, classy, and reliable instead of standard porta-potties.
